It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Hector Radcliffe Flores.

Above all, Hector was a family man. He was a provider, protector, mentor, and source of strength - the Atlas of the Flores Semyonov family. He carried an extraordinary responsibility for the people he loved and did so with resilience, loyalty, and an enduring sense of duty. His legacy can be seen in the lives he changed, the family he strengthened, and the opportunities made possible through his sacrifices.

The Flores Semyonov family would like to dedicate the song “Hotel California” by The Eagles to Hector. One of his favorite songs, its themes of aspiration, success, illusion, and the complicated promise of the American Dream resonate deeply with the story of his life. Hector spent his life reaching for something greater and, in doing so, created a better future for generations of his family.
