James Ward Morse

James Ward Morse 65 of Mesa Arizona passed away suddenly on Friday May 9th 2014. James was born in Flint Michigan to parents Frank Lyons Morse Sr. and Glendine Ruby Morse. He is survived by two sons Michael and Aaron both of Maricopa, AZ and by his 6 siblings Mitchell D. Franks of Lakeland, FL, Sally Layman of Davison, MI, Sara Batey of Horse Shoe, NC, Penny Morse of Asheville, NC, Frank Morse Jr. of Orlando, FL, and Beth Morse of Sarasota, FL. James was a Vietnam era veteran of the Army. His many accomplishments include two master’s degrees (M.I.M, M.B.A), a standing track record at the University of Michigan, a private pilot’s license, a real estate license, and most recently a commercial driver’s license. Among other things he was a stock broker, a financial advisor, a salesman and most recently a School Bus Driver for the City of Tempe. James had the ability to touch the hearts of those around him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm in the Coronado Park clubhouse at 2700 Allred Ave., Mesa, AZ 85204.
