Janet Kaye Thompson

Janet was born October 15, 1952 in Aberdeen, SD. She graduated from Groton High School in Groton, SD in 1971.

Janet worked in retail in Aberdeen, SD for 2 years prior to moving to Tempe, AZ, where she worked for Ambassador Direct Mail Marketing in Tempe, AZ until it closed in 1991. After its closing, she and a co-worker opened their own direct mail marketing company, Valley Connections, in Tempe, AZ where she remained until her retirement in 2013.

Janet is survived by her sister Cindy {Gregg} Finlay, Las Vegas, NV, her twin sister Janice {Kurt) Haugland, Mesa, AZ, her brother Lee {Jennifer} Groton, SD, nephews and nieces. Janet is preceded in death by her parents Ruth and Ivan Thompson of Groton, SD.

A celebration of life will be held on November 27, 2021, 11:00 am, Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 S. Dobson Road, Mesa, AZ 85202.
