US Air Force veteran
Jeffrey Keith Linn, 61, of Mesa, a US Air Force veteran, died August 30 at home.
Born in Chester, PA, Jeffrey spent his childhood in rural Ogden, PA. Shortly after graduation from Chichester High School in 1969, he entered the US Air Force and served in Taiwan during the Vietnam War. Following his discharge from the USAF he moved to Houston, TX and gained employment at Anderson Medical Center as an X-Ray repair technician until 1999. He relocated to Mesa and continued working as an X-Ray repair technician until becoming disabled.
His interests include military aircraft and aviation history; and he enjoyed fishing, and spent many hours with his brother, Dennis, fishing along the Galveston shore.
He was predeceased by his father, Donald S. Linn Jr. who died in 2006 and brother Timothy S. Linn, who died in 1987.
Survivors: Mother, Anna Linn, of Bethel, PA; brothers Donald S Linn 3rd (Joan) of Aston, PA, Gerald J. Linn (Linda) of Frankford, DE, Stephen W. Linn (Nancy), of Egg Harbor, NJ, Dennis P. Linn (Patricia), of Houston, TX and Michael K. Linn (Debbie) of Chester, PA. And he will be sadly missed by his close friends in Mesa.
