Jeffrey Todd Ussery, born on September 3, 1963, passed away on August 24, 2025, at the age of 61. He was a resident of Chandler, Arizona.

His urn will be interred at a date to later be determined at Phoenix Memorial Park located at 200 West Beardsley Road Phoenix, Arizona 85027.
