Jerry Brown was born to Don Lewis and Bonnie Jo (Stewart) Brown in Pasadena, CA on October 16, 1958. He was the fifth child of eight children. At an early age, his parents moved to Phoenix, AZ where he attended T.G. Barr Elementary, South Mountain High School and Rio Salado College.
Jerry was blessed to have fathered two wonderful children, Jamal Young and Alexis Young Brown. Jerry Brown spent the last twelve-years with the love of his life, Roxanne DalPos (married January 1, 2016), building a home full of love for their blended family.
Jerry’s career expanded many industries, however his love for entrepreneurship was always ever present. Jerry found a home for his business acumen in the blended family which became a source of a lifelong desire as he and the family built a strong presence in the community providing behavioral health services throughout the valley at Lifeline PCS..
Most importantly, Jerry accepted the Lord into His life and was excited about His walk with Christ! During his illness, Jerry often spoke about making peace with God and whatever happens, he’s going to be okay.
Jerry enjoyed traveling, music, classic cars, spending time with family and friends; he especially loved spending time with his Son (Jamal) and each of his grandsons. As often as he could, Jerry poured into his nephews and nieces respectively. His special loves were his dogs, Buddy and Spike Jr.
