John O. Bolin, age 88, of Fresno, formally of Mesa, Az. and Champaign, Illinois. died on Saturday, July 3, 2010, in Fresno. Mr. Bolin was born in Decatur, Il. He married Jeanne Franklin from Centralia, Illinois. She preceded him in death in 2002. Mr. Bolin was a retired insurance claims adjuster and manager for General Adjustment Bureau in Illinois, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and finally Arizona. He moved to Fresno in 2009. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and enjoyed all kinds of sports and working with stained glass, excelled at crafting kachina dolls, and was an avid golfer. Surviving are a son, Michael Bolin of Fresno; and a daughter, Patricia Glenn of Glen Ellyn, Il. An Interment Service will be held at Mariposa Gardens in Mesa, Az.
