John was one of my mentors out of college. He was one of my first national builders I ever called in. As a young rookie, I learned a lot from him in how to manage national accounts and most importantly following through on commitments. I enjoyed his friendship and guidance over the years. He had a major influence on my career and helped me get to the position I am at today. He will be truly missed. I know that God has a place for him in heaven because he was one of the good guys. Thoughts and prayers to the rest of the Hughes family during this difficult time.
