

He was born at the Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park Illinois. Joe went to Saint Bernadette grade school/junior high and graduated from Evergreen High School. Joe also studied at the American Academy of Art in Chicago, Illinois.
Joe worked as a plumber for the majority of his career at Williams Campus Air Force base until it was closed in 1993 and then worked for ASU as a locksmith until he retired in January 2021.
Joe is survived by his three children Michael James O’Toole, Kristin Ruby O’Toole Albright (Dale Shawn Albright), Joseph Christopher O’Toole (Kelly O’Toole); grandchildren Scott Albright (Stephanie Albright), Kayleigh Albright (Ricardo Hernandez); great granddaughter Baby Girl Albright (on the way); siblings James O’Toole (Ellen O’Toole), John (Jack) O’Toole (Mary O’Toole), Sandra Cavazos (John Cavazos), Michael O’Toole.
He is preceded in death by his parents James and Cecelia (Leverenz) O'Toole; sister Cecelia O’Toole Schumacher; and sister-in-law Angel O’Toole.
