Joyce Maisie Adams (nee Hinds) “Nan” age 89, peacefully passed away January 19, 2012. Joyce was pre-deceased by her husband of 40 years Gwilym David Adams (AKA Saint David). She is survived by 2 daughters, Linda Boughton (Dan), Chandler, Arizona and Nicole Kime (Barry) Washington, D.C., 4 grandchildren, sister Ruth Marriott of Melbourne, Australia and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends throughout the world. Born in Sundridge near Sevenoaks, Kent, England she served proudly in the British Royal Air Force during WWII. This early defining success paved the way for her independent spirit to travel and see the world. Travels which took Joyce and Dave from the UK to live in US where they traveled extensively. Joyce loved to have fun, never missed out on much and enjoyed life on her own terms to the very end. A celebration of her life will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday January 25, 2012 at Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 South Dobson Road, Mesa, AZ 85202 In lieu of flowers please donate to the charity of your choice or the American Heart Association, Breast Cancer research or to your favorite animal rescue

Goodbye Auntie Joyce. I remember visiting with you over the years, you were always such a lovely lady. My Mum and Dad shared some happy times with you as well.
