Joyce M. (Bosard) Balazs, 85, of Mesa, AZ passed away peacefully on Monday, August 17, 2026. Joyce was born in Hammond, Indiana on March 24, 1941. Daughter of Bert and Ruby (Moore) Bosard. She attended Bishop Noll High School in Hammond, IN. She had many passions including ceramics, cards, going to the casino, and playing bingo.
She is survived by her three children, Jennifer Bailey of Hammond, IN, Donald (Kim) Balazs of Goodyear, AZ, and Cindy Meadows of Mesa, AZ. She was a loving grandmother to 6 grandchildren Cassandra, Caitlin, Sean, Erin, Adam, and Samantha and 6 great-grandchildren Madelynn, Isaiah, Tyler, Emily, Natalie, and Kaiden.
She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Stephen J. Balazs.
She had many good friends that she considered her extended family and of those, she is survived by Carol Clayton of Beverly Hills, FL.
