She was born in Washington, D.C. on March 12,1941. She was married to Richard Alan Harper. Judith had a career in the Aerospace Industry, working for Boeing for several years. She had a passion for scrapbooking, quilting, family, family BBQ's, and Christmas.
Judith was a loving and supportive sister, aunt, mother, and grandmother.
She was survived by her grandchildren Angela Harper and LeAnn Bauernfeind; great-grandchildren Joshua and Nathan Bauernfeind; and sibling Betty Jane Dixon.
