

Judith A. Jackson, 84, passed away peacefully in the morning of Sunday, March 29, 2026, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born on November 2, 1941 in Warren, Ohio to Lynn and Olive (Burrows) Herbert.
Judy graduated from Mineral Ridge High School in 1959 where she was named "Most Polite" by her classmates in Ohio. She married Monte Bellew shortly after graduation. They had three children together. She was a stay-at-home mom when her children were little. She later joined KMart Corporation where she worked for 30 years and held many positions working her way up to Human Resources Manager. After retiring from KMart, she was a frequent volunteer at Mesa Arts Center in Arizona.
Judy enjoyed reading, traveling, line dancing, playing all sorts of games, spending time with friends, and Sunday dinners with family.
She was a member of the Sure Foundation Pentecostal Church in Mesa, Arizona where she was instrumental in getting a Bible study group started that carries on to this day.
Judy is survived by her daughter Jennifer (Michael) Arroyo; her two sons, Timothy Bellew and Thomas Bellew; nine grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers: Clayce Herbert, Larry Herbert, and Greg Snyder.
A celebration of Judy's life will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, April 25 at Sure Foundation Pentecostal Church with Pastor J. D. Hughes officiating; 706 S. Greenfield Rd. Mesa, Arizona.
