I was shocked and saddened by Kenn's death. He was a kind-hearted soul and a joy to have as a friend. I met him in high school and our paths have crossed a few times since then. I loved hearing him talk about his kids with such pride as they grew into the people they are today. I know his granddaughter gave him so much joy. Joanne, you were the light of his life. I hope the good memories sustain you all through the years ahead. Please know that many people treasure Kenn's friendship.

Joanne, Beth and Alex,

Kenn and I grew up together. We lived across the street from each other. As a matter of fact, the night the movie "The Birds" aired on TV, he called me or I called him every commercial as he knew I wanted to watch it but was afraid of those types of movies and my parents and brother were not home. We still have fond memories of that night. I was shocked to learn of his passing. He touched many lives from those in Drama Club and beyond. We will all miss him very much. My prayers are with all of you.

Dear Joanne, I am so sad to hear of Kenn's passing. Kenn & I were friends in high school and recently on Facebook, where he spoke very lovingly about you and his children. It's funny that I can miss someone I really only knew from a distance, but we always had the same sense of humor and he was a great guy. Please try not to feel alone in your grief- there are many people who are going to miss Kenn and his loving heart.

Joanne, Beth and Alex,
I knew Kenn when we attended Grissom together. As a young man he was always there for you when you needed it and I am sure that he is and always will be with you. I remember him with a quick smile and good heart wanting always to be a good and trusted friend. Know that your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Joanne, Beth and Alex,
I am also one of Kenn's classmates from Grissom. I was in the drama club with him and had the joy of sharing the tage with him in a couple of shows. Also took a trip for spring break in '73 with Kenn and 2 other highschool buds. My dad still lives in Huntsville next door to Kenn's old house.
Had just reconnected with Kenn on Facebook and can't believe he is gone.
I offer my sincere and heartfelt condolences to all of you and will treasure my memories of Kenn. Take care.

Joanne and Family, I am so sorry to learn of Kenn's passing. I feel badly that I did not do a better job of staying in touch with you and Kenn. I remember him as Kenny when we were all children. These are fond memories. I am so grateful that I was able to attend your wedding. I know this must be so difficult for you, Joanne. I hope that you are able to find comfort in knowing what a kind and loving person Kenn was. My prayers are with you. May God bless you and your family with peace and love with each passing day. Love, Kenn's Cousin, Kathleen

You can't spend nine years working with someone and not care about that person. Kenn has such a lively and kind spirit. He is a true kid at heart. He filled our days with joy and for that, we celebrate his life. We love you and we miss you.
