Lacey Vantuyl, age 42, passed away on May 23, 2023. She was the only child of Cindy Hovik and Gary Vantuyl. She was born in Kansas but moved to Arizona when she was 1. She grew up in Casa Grande, AZ and Gilbert, AZ.
Lacey worked at Macy's call center for 20 years. For the last several years, Lacey struggled with multiple health issues.
Lacey loved Cardinals football! She attended their games for many years. Lacey enjoyed going to concerts, playing Bingo, and all water activities. She also loved to travel. She was a huge fan of Disneyland, Las Vegas, and Chicago.
Lacey's strong will kept her alive much longer than anyone expected. She never gave up. She was one tough cookie!
Lacey is survived by her parents and step parents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service for Lacey will be held Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 400 South Power Road, Mesa, AZ 85206.
