Lois Knight, born August 1, 1925 in Detroit MI, to Herman and Willhelmina Springer, passed away on November 22, 2012 at the age of 87 in Gilbert, AZ. She was married to Donald Ward Knight on December 15, 1945 in St. Clair Shores, MI., worked and volunteered for the Mesa Public Schools as secretary for the counselors at Carson Jr. High and at Prehab of Arizona in Mesa and attended the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Mesa. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters Donna Deighton and Phyllis Henrion and is survived by her loving husband of almost 67 years Donald; sons Donald W. Knight II and Greg K. (Sherry) Knight; brother Duane (Dorothy) Springer; grandchildren Danielle, Kevin and Gabriel Knight as well as one great granddaughter Harper Leighann Groff.
