I met Loras 11yrs ago at the Hohokam Field. I always had to ask him about his latest hunting trip and was even lucky enough to have some of his famous chili. It was so nice to see him again at the new ball park. Loras there will be so many who will miss you. Rest in Peace my friend.

Papa Joe,
Thank you for raising two beautiful daughters. They are smart, funny, and beautiful; just like their Mom. They will miss you dearly, but carry your memories with them. Thanks for always welcoming me in, even when I stayed for days on end. Most parents would have been tired of the loud, obnoxious, giggling girls.
I still make your famous Boy Scouts apple cobbler and will always think of you when I do.
Enjoy dancing in Heaven with your Love.

My name is John and I worked with Loras. When we would see him we would always say "it's lunchtime, Loras is here." I'm so sorry for the McClimon's loss. The memories I have of him will always bring a smile to me and all that knew him.

Can't imagine my years at Hohokam without Loras. Your golf cart cemetery tours, amazing homemade lunches - especially after hunting trips, my favorite orange jello... You were always there, always doin' your thing in your own Loras way... You were one of a kind. I will never think Hohokam or Cubs Spring Training and not remember you... Thank you, my friend. RIP

Loras will be truly missed by most people he came in contact with. Although I only met him a few times, I know he raised two amazing girls and I love him for that. Katie and Andrea, both of your parents are in a much better place than we are and they can join each other and be happy again. My condolences to you both. Continue living and loving life and you too will shine like your parents.
