Lupe S. Barrientes

Lupe is survived by his wife, Delia Barrientes; daughter, Lora Ann Layne; sons, Lupe G. Barrientes (Shirley) and Lonnie Barrientes (Michel); step sons, Roberto Encinas (Eunice) and Ignacio Encinas (Lupita); grandchildren, Brittany Barrientes, Lauren Layne, Tiffany Barrientes, Amber Brown, Staci Aldrette, and Matthew Barrientes; step grandchildren, Ulysses Encinas, Nicholas Encinas, and Santiago Encinas; great grandchildren, Rhiannon, Brenden, Rose-Anna, Skyelar, Bradley, Kailey, and Brandi; siblings; Robert (Linda), Cecilia, Ernie, Dolly, and Romie. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Rosie Barrientes; and brothers, Juan Jose and Frank.

A visitation for Lupe will be held on Thursday, April 24, from 7:00pm-9:00pm at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 6747 East Broadway Road, Mesa, Arizona 85206. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 25 at 11:00am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1150 West Elliot Road, Gilbert, Arizona 85233, with a viewing from 10:30-11:00am. Committal services will follow at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park. There will be a luncheon at the church following the burial.
