I miss Marilee very much, all the wonderful attributes she possessed.
Marilee was one of the kindest, most considerate, and thoughtful person I ever meet, and I had the privilege  to be married to Marilee for 55 years.
Marilee always supported me and made sacrifices for me to get ahead in my career. Marilee loved her family and friends and had to leave them behind to move to Arizona to support me.  I know she also missed not being able to have children.  I spite of all that Marilee was always loving to me and  we were soulmates.  I pray that I will be with Marilee in heaven after I pass.

Eddie...Lisa and I were very sorry to hear of Marilee's passing. She was a special person and will be missed by many. Please know our love and prayers are with you at such a difficult time. 


We have known the Jacques, Marilee and Edward for about 40 years. We have vacationed, dined, and visited, with them,. Marilee Jacques is and will be dearly missed for a  very long time. Prayers are going out to the Family

Eddie and Sharon,
You both have shared a long road in Marilee’s battles with all her illnesses.  Eddie you did everything anyone could have done to make Marilee comfortable through all these challenges.  You’ve been by her side which I know she really appreciated and Sharon doing all she could to comfort her sister from miles away.  Though we never want to lose someone special in out lives, Marilee will finally be at peace and smiling down thanking you both for all you did.

I'll always remember how supportive Marilee was of Eddie.  When they were first married, Eddie was a bricklayer, and he was excellent at his skill. He was in great demand because he was left-handed.  Marilee thought he could do something less backbreaking.  So...she brought home some information about computer programming that she'd picked up at a nearby store while shopping.  I remember Marilee telling me that she just left it on a table for Eddie to see, which he did. Eddie asked her about it, and she told him.  Eddie went to the store, enrolled in classes, and became a computer programmer for the rest of his career.  My next fondest memory is the trip that Marilee, Aunt Geri, and I took to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.  We three "girls" had so much fun taking in all the beautiful sights and talking late into the night sitting outside our hotel room looking at the beautiful red rock in Sedona.  Thank you, Marilee, for these wonderful memories.  I'm so glad that you are no longer in pain, and you're in Heaven. You'll be missed, but you're at peace now.  With much love, Jacque'



Marilee was always a kind, loving and sensitive person.  I have fond memories of the times we spent together as well as the chats we had on the phone.  She was a family oriented individual and always happy when the family got together for holidays and other occasions.  She always remained positive with a smile on her face even in times when she was struggling with her health.  She was a great tour guide showing guests around the vacation spots in Arizona.  She was a tremendous support for my brother in his pursuit of his career and a loving wife and soul mate to him.  She will not only be missed by Eddie, but also by all who loved her.

I had the pleasure of growing up across the street from Marilee and Eddie.   My earliest childhood memories included both of them.  I would stay the night over there and thought it was the coolest thing that she would run me to McDonalds at 10pm after Dallas was over.  I traveled with them back to New England when I was in the 9th grade and still remember the adventures we took.  I will forever be grateful to her and Eddie for all they did for me and my family. I want to thank everyone for your condolences and memories.  Sis was a sensitive and caring person, a loyal friend and a devoted "big sister".  She had a full and happy life until ill health started taking its toll.  It broke my heart.  But I never heard her complain.  I want to thank Eddie for everything he did for her.  He is a loving and devoted husband.
I remember when Sis backed over Dads lawn mower, a fun day for me.  Little sisters are like that.  Always with love

Marilee and Eddie where very loving kind people. She is now out of pain and with our Lord. We all pray Eddie will find peace and comfort as he moves forward with his life. He knows that my family is here for him.

Marilee, my wife of 54 years and my soulmate was the kindest, most caring and gentle soul I ever meet.  She was my anchor and support all through our marriage and got me started in my lifelong career of programming. By moving to Arizona to support me in graduating from ASU and my long hours at work, Marilee had to leave her family and friends behind to move to Mesa Arizona.
Marilee loved life, her family, friends, celebrating holidays and her pets.  Marilee did all the correspondence keeping family and friends updated, regularly writing to my lonely grandmother "Nana", planning and entertaining family and friends when they came out to visit. Marilee supported me in helping my cousin Charles when he was in need. Marilee would be left alone for half a day while I drove Charles to his cancer doctor appointments several times a week for months. Marilee never complained about being left alone, as she always put family and friends first. 
Remembering, when Marilee volunteered to deliver books to the elderly and homebound, she always took Sedona her favorite Tibetan spaniel. Marilee had to leave Sedona in the car while she researched and checked out books based on topics for her deliveries. Then while delivering books most of the time Sedona patiently waited in the car. After all the deliveries were made Marilee stopped at McDonald's and bought Sedona a hamburger as a reward for keeping her company, as working together they made a great team.
Marilee filled a void in my life, and I will miss Marilee’s positivity, her smile and relaxing demeanor, as she was my wife, lover, soulmate, and best friend.


The ripple from a single stone cast into the water touches small islands, and distant shores… 
 So, too, has her friendship.  
Her smile and fond memories of our friendship will forever remain in my heart.  
Eddie her journey had just begun.

It is so difficult to believe I will no longer have my phone chats with Marilee.   I have known her since high school.  She was a wonderful friend with whom I made several cross-country airplane trips and car road trips.   Wonderful memories, thank you Marilee.  If it wasn't for her, I would never have discovered Albuquerque and the beauty of New Mexico and would not have met my husband, John.  Thank you again, Marilee.   Rest in Peace my friend.
May Eddie and Sharon be comforted by happy memories.
