WATERLOO — Maxine Susan Schaack Loesche, 91, of Mesa, Ariz., formerly of Waterloo, died Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011, at The Citadel Assisted Living Facility, Mesa.
She was born Jan. 14, 1920, in Waterloo, daughter of John and Anna Neyens Schaack. She married Lawrence Loesche on Aug. 16, 1947, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Waterloo.
Survived by: her husband; a daughter, Arlene (Dr. Vincent) Branick of Dayton, Ohio; two sons, Richard (Sue) of Chandler, Ariz., and John (Kit) of Apache Junction, Ariz.; five grandchildren; a great-grandson; a brother, James Schaack of Mason City; and a sister, Delores (Glenn) Burdett of Edgewater, Fla.
Services: were Jan. 5 at St. George Catholic Church, Apache Junction, Ariz.
