Mildred E. Shepler, 87, of Mesa, AZ passed away August 17, 2021. She was born April 21, 1934 in Fontanelle, IA to Edward John and Alta Mildred [Schwanebeck] Bauer. Mildred enjoyed boating in her younger years, taking her house boat out on Saguaro Lake with her husband Edward; she was also a big sports fan and enjoyed watching Cardinals football and NASCAR. She had a love for animals, especially dogs and was known to donate to the Humane Society and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). Mildred worked for many years with Motorola, working her way up to Supervisor before retiring. She is survived by her stepdaughter, Terry Neal; stepson, Kevin Shepler; granddaughters, Christina Lymer and Tasha Speer; great grandchildren, Jenna Jackson, Jada Jackson, Mallory Lymer, Morgan McDonald, and Logan Speer; a great great granddaughter, Raylee McDonald as well as many nephews, nieces and cousins.
