Muriel was an artisan who created many beautiful pieces enjoyed by family, friends and clients. She loved to garden, sew and work on home improvement projects. She traveled extensively with her husband Raymond with her favorite trip being their recent excursion to Russia. While living in New Hampshire, Muriel volunteered with the Pittsfield Youth Group and supported the Cardiac Rehab Center. She played field hockey, was in the Color Guard and was class treasurer at Dartmouth High School.
Above all, Muriel cherished moments spent with her family. She showered us with joy, laughter and unconditional love and never missed an opportunity to tell us how wonderful we were in her eyes. It is this joy of life that will keep her within our hearts as we revisit those memories held special by all of us.
She leaves behind her beloved family; husband Raymond Anderson; daughter Kimberly (Steven) Lambros; son Kenneth (Kathy Tonini) McAllister; granddaughters Ashley and Stephanie Lambros and siblings Lorraine Moreno, Richard Bourbeau and their families.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
A celebration of her life will be planned at a later date in Massachusetts.
