

Born on July 15, 1940, Nancy spent the first 80 years of her life in Lincoln, where she built a life rooted in friendship, community, and family. She was a proud member of Delta Delta Delta at the University of Nebraska and remained actively engaged in her community throughout the years. Nancy was also involved with the Young Republicans and the Junior League of Lincoln, reflecting her dedication to civic life and service.
Nancy had a deep love for the simple joys in life. She found happiness in tending to her flower gardens, playing bridge, and most of all, spending time with her family and lifelong friends in Lincoln, who meant so much to her. Her warmth, loyalty, and vibrant spirit made her a treasured presence in the lives of those who knew and loved her.
In later years, Nancy moved to Arizona to be closer to her daughters and grandchildren, where she continued to enjoy time with her growing family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Ann Morgan; her sisters, Lynne Witthoff and Sue Symon; and her grandson, Cole Ashcraft.
Nancy is survived by her daughters, Cindy (Greg) Ashcraft and Julie (Jeff) Korte; her grandchildren, Drew, Jake, Jason, and Ari; and her great-grandson, Atlas.
Nancy will be remembered for her enduring friendships, her love of family, and the kindness and joy she brought to those around her. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched.
