Olga Rodriguez Galaviz

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Olga Rodriguez Galaviz, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Olga was born on July 18, 1959, in Temosachic, Chihuahua, Mexico, and peacefully passed away on February 20, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, warmth, and devotion to her family.

In 1983, Olga moved to the United States with her family in search of new opportunities. After living in various places, she eventually settled in Arizona in 1994, where she would build a home and a life filled with love and connection. Throughout her life, Olga worked hard, always putting the needs of her loved ones first. She dedicated herself to caring for her family and found comfort and strength in her Christian faith. She loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart, and her life was a testament to her deep love and devotion to them.

Olga had a great love for her home country, Mexico, and cherished the memories and traditions that came with it. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends, often gathered around playing games like lotería. These moments were full of joy, laughter, and connection, reflecting her love for the simple pleasures of life.

Olga is survived by her former spouse, Jose Galaviz, her two children, Gladiz Galaviz and Mario Galaviz, and her daughter-in-law, Maryann Galaviz. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Juliana Galaviz, Angelina Galaviz, David Galaviz, and Tatiana Ruiz. Olga is further survived by her sisters, Yolanda, Delia, and Armida, her brothers, Rigoberto, Alfonso, Armando, Alberto ✝️ and Vidal ✝️ as well as many other cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Known for her kindness, strength, and unwavering support, Olga touched the lives of all who knew her. Her spirit will live on in the memories of her loved ones, and she will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate to know her.

Es con profundo dolor que anunciamos el fallecimiento de Olga Rodríguez Galaviz, querida madre, abuela, hermana, tia, prima y amiga. Olga nació el 18 de julio de 1959 en Temosachi, Chihuahua, México, y falleció pacíficamente el 20 de febrero de 2025, dejando un legado de amor, calidez y devoción por su familia.

En 1983, Olga se mudó a los Estados Unidos con su familia en busca de nuevas oportunidades. Después de vivir en varios lugares, finalmente se estableció en Arizona en 1994, donde construiría un hogar y una vida llena de amor y conexión. A lo largo de su vida, Olga trabajó duro, siempre poniendo las necesidades de sus seres queridos en primer lugar. Se dedicó a cuidar a su familia y encontró consuelo y fuerza en su fe cristiana. Amaba a sus hijos y nietos con todo su corazón, y su vida era un testimonio de su profundo amor y devoción por ellos.

Conocida por su amabilidad, fuerza y apoyo inquebrantable, Olga tocó la vida de todos los que la conocieron.
