RIP my dear friend (Veteran brother). We had some good times laughing joking and drinking beers 🍻. You were a dedicated neighborhood watch member when Hector Brad Ray and I would sit around and bullshit especially out back in the fire pit area. I'll miss making my bbq chicken for you which you enjoyed so much. You we're definitely a true friend always helping out with your Jack of all trades expertise. May you continuously RIP and we shall see each other again

Phil was such a kind, loving, hospitable man.  He always welcomed all of us in your home for reunion meetings and fun Martinez get togethers.  He was very talented and is now singing and playing his guitar with the Angels.
