Phyllis "Penny" Moreland age 73 of Payson Arizona, passed away Wednesday September 16th 2020. She was born in Blytheville Arkansas on March 2nd 1947. Penny had a career in the USPS from which she retired. She had a passion for animals and volunteered at Blytheville Humane Society. Penny preceded in death by her youngest Son Billy Cawthon and is survived by her oldest Son George Cawthon.
