Raymond Woodrow Weber passed away on May 20, 2016, in Mesa, Arizona. He was born in Ollie, Iowa on May 9, 1923 to Howard Weber and Vera Binns. Raymond enlisted in the U.S. Army on February 10, 1944 and was honorably discharged on April 16, 1946. He fought in World War II, New Guinea and helped liberate the Philippines. He served as a Technical Sergeant. Raymond worked as a supervisor and a heavy equipment operator for the Denver Water Department. Raymond was a loving Husband, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his spouse Beverly Weber; his daughters Shirley Jussel and Lyndia Michael; 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Paige Keagy. A Celebration of Life honoring Raymond Woodrow Weber will be held at Melcher Mission Chapel Mortuary 6625 East Main Street, Mesa, AZ 85205 Saturday June 4, at 11 am.
