Richard Peter Gurniak

He married Carolyn Kramer on July 18, 1970 in Flint, MI. Richard worked as a General Supervisor for AC Spark Plug until his retirement in 2001 from Delphi.

As a native of Flint, Michigan, Richard enjoyed gathering with friends, fishing, golfing and volunteering especially at the Eagles Club. He was forever a jokester, a joy to be around and a friend you could always count on in a time of need. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Richard is survived by his wife of 41 years, Carolyn; daughter, Tracy (John) Poirier; grandsons, RJ, Jeremiah and Jarett; sister in-law, Devra Reinshuttle; nephew, Travis Beynon; nieces, Brittany Reinshuttle, Laura Stoolmiller and Jennifer Gurniak and many special friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Sophia and brother, Ronald Gurniak.

A memorial service will be held in Flint, Michigan in mid July.
