Richard Hoang Quach
April 4, 1949 – April 11, 2019
Gilbert, AZ— Mr. Richard Quach, 70, died peacefully on Thursday, April 11th, 2019 following a long battle with kidney disease.
Mr. Quach leaves his wife of 46 years, Judy Quach; his sons, Jason and Jaron Quach; his daughters, Juliette Cadelina and Christine Cezar; four grandchildren; and many close friends and relatives.
Mr. Quach was a single child, born to Nghieu Quach and Se T. Nguyen in Sadec, Vietnam. He got married in 1973, during the turmoil of the Vietnam War. In a pursuit of a better life for his family, he decided to leave his home country, and embarked on a arduous journey for freedom. In 1980, Mr. Quach and his family finally arrived on Oahu, Hawaii to start their exciting new life together.
Mr. Quach spent most of his adult life working in the hospitality industry, and even had the experience of owning a successful Vietnamese Restaurant in Honolulu. He retired in 2008, and moved his family to Arizona where he was able to enjoy the remainder of his life traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Private services will be held Tuesday, April 16th at Mariposa Gardens in Mesa, AZ.
