Robert D. Upton, of Prescott, Arizona passed away on June 15, 2013 at the age of 85. He was born April 2, 1928 in Scottville, Illinois to John and Lula [Eller] Upton. During his younger years, Robert enjoyed golfing and square dancing. He worked as an iron worker for many years until he and his first wife Marguerite started their own businesses in both a Laundromat and a Beauty Shop. Robert was a member of the Masonic Lodge for 60 years making it to 32nd degree status and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant from the U.S. Army, serving during WWII. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife Marguerite and his survived by his wife of 11 years, Ruby Stoltz and his brother Homer Upton. Services will be held at a later date.
