Roxanne Luana Pingree, age 62, passed away peacefully on the afternoon of Thursday, December 29th, 2022 in the arms of her loving husband and surrounded by her family after a courageous fight with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for over 36 years.
Roxanne was born August 14th, 1960 in Honolulu Hawaii to George Roger Victor and Marilyn M. Victor. Roxanne is survived by her 3 siblings, Jolene Victor, Laura (Steven) Keller and Greg (Britta) Victor.
Roxanne married her high school sweetheart and love of her life, James (Jim) Wesley Pingree in February of 1978 in Bellevue, Washington. They were later sealed in the Seattle Temple on June 28th, 1986. Roxanne is survived by her husband Jim and 5 sons, Jason (Becky) Pingree, Jeremy (Heather) Pingree, Jacob (Kelsey) Pingree, Jamey (Tiffany) Pingree and Jordan (Cassidy) Pingree, 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a large extended family.
Roxanne raised her 5 boys in Utah, Washington, and Arizona. Roxanne’s hobbies included spending time with her family, writing, serving,helping others, and attending her children and grandchildrens sporting events. Roxanne had a strong faith, was active in her church, and loved her Savior. All who knew Roxanne would say that she is kind hearted, loving and showed empathy to all. She shined a special light on wherever she went and whoever she met. Roxanne is the best example of unending pure love and devotion to family.
