Born to Icel and Paul Arter on January 27, 1927 in Canton, OH, she moved to Arizona with her family in 1955. After 29 years with Motorola, she retired in 1987.
Ruth is survived by two sons, Rick and Clyde Seeton, 4 grandchildren, Michelle Wright, Joshua Seeton, Jason Seeton and Wesley Seeton and 7 great-grandchildren.
She will be laid to rest on Tuesday, March 29th at Valley of the Sun Cemetery in Chandler, Arizona at 9:00 a.m.
