Samson was born July 4th 1941 to Samson Reyes Sr. and Marina Reyes in Gumaca Quezon Philippines. He graduated from the University of Santo Thomas in Manila with a doctorate of medicine. He immigrated to the United States from the Philippines in 1968 to do his internship at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV. He did his surgical residency in McKeesport, PA and the Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, WV. Samson lived with his family and practiced medicine in St. Clairsville, OH for almost 30 years before retiring to Gilbert, AZ in 2000.
Samson is survived by his loving wife Lydia Reyes, his daughters Anna and Melanie and his sons Camilo and Derrick.
