Sharon Joanne Rudolph

Sharon Joanne Rudolph was born on May 23, 1950, in Moorhead, MN, the middle child of five born to Beryl and Marjorie (Barningham) Jenison. Sharon was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church in West Fargo, where she was baptized and confirmed.

Sharon graduated from West Fargo High School in 1968. She married Mike Jacobson in 1970, and together they raised three sons and one daughter. They later divorced in 1997.

Sharon had a strong work ethic and enjoyed every job she held, beginning at the age of 16. Throughout her career, she worked at Dakota Clinic, Moorhead State College, Hi-10 Steak House, Diebold Inc., Northwestern Bell, Instant Ticket, ESS Computer, and RDO Equipment in Moorhead, where she spent 10 years before retiring in 2008.

In June of 2001, Sharon married the love of her life, Gene Jake Rudolph. Together, they made every day a new adventure. They shared a special bond and cherished each experience in their life together. Gene has one daughter and two grandchildren, bringing the total number of grandchildren to nine.

Sharon will be greatly missed by her loving husband, Gene; her devoted son, Brian, and his wife, Melissa, who provided such tender care for her; her granddaughters, Kylee and Haleigh, who spent so much cherished time with their grandma; and her lifelong friend, Pam Wetzstein.
