Shauna Nicole Williams
November 17, 1980 – May 11, 2018
Shauna was born November 17, 1980 in Mesa AZ as the first born child of Andy and Doreen Frola. She was born on her Grandpa Eddie's birthday.
Shauna became an angel on May 11, 2018. Through those short 37 years, she was the spirit of love to her entire family.
Shauna went to High School at Highland High where she excelled and was able to finish college at ASU in 3 years instead of 4. Shauna got her Master's degree in Early Childhood Education.
Shauna married the love of her life, Daryl Williams on November 19, 2002. They completed their family with 2 wonderful sons: Manti, age 13 and Tanner, age 12.
Shauna was a bright and gifted person. She wrote beautiful poetry. At one time she worked in Rexall with her grandma Joyce and her mother and they loved going to meetings together. Shauna worked side by side with her husband Daryl in raising their boys and in many endeavors. One of her happiest times was when she helped Daryl begin their Medical Marijuana Clinic. Shauna helped in the fight to win federal pre-emption to allow medical marijuana to open up in Arizona. She spent countless hours helping to get the Clinic up and running. The staff and patients loved Shauna. Shauna was a wonderful mother, wife, daughter, granddaughter, aunt and she will be missed by all of her family and many friends. Shauna loved animals and helped her family care for their many pets. Above all, Shauna loved her family. She was the center of her family and managed to take care of her sons and husband while working full time, giving back to the community, and being an activist and business woman. Shauna endlessly supported her husband and sons in all of their endeavors and was a devoted hockey mom. Shauna was a devoted friend to so many and selflessly gave of herself to anyone in need. Beginning at age 12 through high school she was in medical explorers program where she tirelessly volunteered at the hospital - she loved helping out in the NICU. Shauna was the light in any room and in any situation. Many people leaned on her for help and support and she never ceased providing loving care for those around her.
Shauna was extremely active and enjoyed many activities with her family and friends. Through high school Shauna acted as the athletic trainer. She learned to snowboard and enjoyed taking her boys out on the slopes. She loved the outdoors and spent many days and hours camping, fishing, and just enjoying nature. Her home was filled with plants for which she tenderly cared.
Shauna is survived by her Husband, Daryl Williams, Sons, Manti and Tanner Williams, Parents, Andy and Doreen Frola, Sisters, Stephanie (Jeff) Aston and Shelby (Nick) Dunn, Grandparents, Joyce and George Galewick and Bobbi Frola, Mother-in-law, Lorie (Williams/Brewer) , Sisters-in-law, Jeni (Jason) Hill and Breana (Daniel) Holladay and 12 nieces and nephews.

We have wonderful memories of dear Shauna at so many gatherings as well as group out-of-town adventures. It is in large part due to Shauna that our children learned "how to Disney" as well as how to enjoy house boat life! When we think of Shauna, our thoughts automatically spring to her outgoing and loving nature. Shauna was a person who really "connected" with others... asking always of their wellbeing and for updates of their lives. The love she sprinkled into our world and that of other family and friends will be with us forever.
