She was the oldest child of Frank and Jane Hengesbaugh. She is survived by her three
brothers, Jeff, Buck and Greg Hengesbaugh and one sister Martha Proctor. Sherry had
three nephews, Brian, Eric and John Hengesbaugh and one niece, Geneva Proctor.
Sherry was an exceptional Soul who lived an extraordinary life. Natural gifts of art and music
became the core of her passion. Sherry's brilliance, quick wit and sense of humor made her
a joy to be around. But something even more important, some Divine gift perhaps, forged
on the anvil of Sherry's relentless struggle, transformed those who knew her.
