I just received the news.  Teresa was one of the most beautiful people I knew.  Her laughter was infectious.  My love and prayers go out to her family and all those who miss her.

Teresa was an active member and contributor to ASTM E60 on Sustainability, but particularly to ASTM E60.80 on General Sustainability.  Her leadership saved the Sustainability Database and provided it with direction.  She was the consummate professional - a model for new ASTM members to follow - especially young women. As the Chair of ASTM E60.80, I found  her wisdom, enthusiasm, leadership and insight both in that role and as a colleague were invaluable.  

While that provides the professional context for our relationship, I considered Teresa to be a  friend whose presence will be greatly missed.  Her immense bravery, positive spirit  and desire to live all of her remaining minutes as fully as possible was an inspiration.  My heart is with her family and all who who loved  her. She will live on through everyone  that she touched as well as her many professional contributions.

It was truly a pleasure to work along side her on ASTM COS.  Teresa was committed to upholding the procedures of ASTM and her passion for that was evident at every meeting.  My condolences to her friends and family.

I had the pleasure of working with Teresa through ASTM.  It was immediately apparent that she was a driven person who held a great passion for her work and life in general. She made a strong impression and I am just so sorry that she has passed.  My deepest condolences to her family and loved ones.

I knew Teresa as a member of the Executive Committee for Industrial Biotechnology of the ASTM.  She was always the major contributor at all our meetings, and of great assistance to me.  Her knowledge of procedure - extremely important to our work - was considerable, and her contribution to the Committee was essential.  She will certainly be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Teresa's passing.

Teresa was full of energy and vigor in her work at ASTM.  Her contributions are appreciated.
