Tom drove myself and my family to and from the airport for more than 20 years. He became such a good friend. His easy banter and interesting conversation along with his courteous  and kind manner
made those trips a pleasure.

Our hearts ache for your loss.  Tom drove us all over town and especially airport runs for us and our two sons when they visited.  He was more than just a chauffeur, one time he took the battery out of my car when I was leaving for the summer and Ken was not with me.  He also mailed letters for me when I assumed there would be a mail box at the airport.  He was so good to out dog Duncan and would take us to pick him up at the kennel on our way home.  Such a kind heart and wonderful man.  He so loved his family.  His dear wife Rose that he visited every day when she was not at home any more.  He was so proud of his children and adored all his grandchildren.  We loved the lively conversations when going to and from the airport.  His many stories of the many people he had met kept us amused.  He was our friend and we will miss him so much.

Tom was "the best"!  He took wonderful care of us for many years.  No matter how early or late our flight was, Tom was waiting for us with a smile and a helpful hand!  We are very sad he will no longer be able to give us the latest News and his many "Tom stories" on our way to or from the PHX Airport!  We will miss him.  Our thoughts go out to his family who he dearly loved and spoke of often.

Though 'transportation' was how our paths crossed, Tom was so much more and was simply, family.  Just about everyone in our family, everyone at our office and most of our friends have had the privilege of riding with Tom and hearing his stories!  

He was so proud of his kids and grandkids...definitely his favorite topic! (well, besides politics...)  His work ethic, integrity, dependability and dress shirts in the dog days of an AZ summer. will be sorely missed by us.  :-) 

He was SO special to us and we are INCREDIBLY saddened by his passing.  Our hearts are with his family... 

Tom has been driving us to the airport and events for the past several years . He also took care of our family. He was such a special person who shared his life experiences  with us.  Most of all was the pride and love he expressed when he talked of his children and grandchildren 💕💕. He was soo very proud of you all !
We so enjoyed our trips with him because he made us all feel like family.  He had a sacred following in Troon and believe me, we were all better people because of 
Being touched by him ! We can only imagine how all your hearts must be hurting but hope it is eased a bit by knowing we all loved your dad and he will be so very missed💕💕

Tom was a terrific guy!  He was the first to greet us every time we visited Scottsdale and he felt like a great relative.  We will sorely miss him and pray for his family's Peace.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of one of my favorite people in the world.  We disagreed on politics  and had many spirited conversations especially this past year.  Tom just took me to the airport a few weeks ago and I got my usual hug and smile.  He loved his kids and grandkids and I’m sure your loss is devastating.

So sorry to hear of Tom's passing. We always enjoyed talking about Chicago and hearing how much he loved his children and grandchildren. He was so nice and truly cared about and for many. You will be missed Tom!

Tom was the best! For 15 years he drove us, always ten minutes early.  He was fun - I could always count on getting the inside scoop and the baseball scores. Most importantly, he was a good person. We will miss him a lot.  May God bless him and his family. 

Tom will be missed by many.  I spent many of trips between PHX and Troon talking about the good old days when we were the best cops in both Chicago and San Jose.  Our law enforcement careers were very close in time and provided many great discussions.  I will miss him greatly.

We were so shocked and saddened  to hear of Tom’s passing. He was a constant in our lives for the past six plus years.  We always looked forward to a lively discussion on the way to and from the airport or to other locations in the valley.  Wishing all of his family, of whom he always spoke so fondly,  much peace and the comfort of wonderful memories.

For 20 years Tom has safely and comfortably transported us to and from the airport on our visits from Milwaukee.  He also helped us by looking after our Scottsdale condo when we were away.  He was  a dedicated driver for my father and mother in law all those years as well.  We are in shock and so very sorry for the loss to his family.   He spoke often of his kids and grandchildren and how proud he was of all of you.   God's blessings on those he left behind.  He is now at peace with his beloved Rosie!

I was deeply saddened when told about the death of my very dear friend Tom Burke.
We knew each other for 18 years and I helped him a lot with driving clients and fixing his cars. My great respect for him was the same as my own father.
He will always be remembered as a wise, loving, caring, and very kind gentleman.
This is a terrible loss for all of us and he will be deeply missed. I want you to know that I am here for you if you need me.

I was very shocked to hear of Tom’s untimely death. He had just taken us to the airport two days before and we had our usual spirited conversation about politics and the state of the nation.
