She was born in Kitts Hill, Ohio on May 7, 1936.
Jean graduated from DeGraff High School.
She was married to Thomas E. Fisher on May 22nd in Bellefountaine, Ohio.
Jean had a career in ministry for 52 years and had a passion for serving others.
She was survived by Dawn Silva, Carol Keen, Melody Williamson, Robert Matlock, Rick Silva, Thomas Matlock, Alec Williamson, Malakai Matlock, Colton Samora, Ruth Shaw and Beulah Greenbaum.
Visitation will be held at Red Mountain Community Church, 6101 E. Virginia St., Mesa, AZ 85215 on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 10-11:00 AM.
Funeral Service will be held following the visitation at 11:00 AM.
Burial will be Monday, December 11, 2023 at 12:30 PM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85024.
