Winifred May Schloerb Peterson, 93, passed away on May 12, 2012 in Mesa, Arizona. Winifred was born on September 21, 1918 in New York, New York to Christian and Bertha [Crossen] Schloerb. She is survived by ; her three children Rev. Norman Peterson, Winifred M. (Thomas) Brennan and Wendy (Karl) Memoli; grandchildren Michael (Nicole) Peterson, Steven (Kimberley) Peterson, Penelope Memoli, Rebecca Memoli and Christine Brennan, two great grandchildren, Claire Peterson and Grant Peterson, as well as her sister Virginia Hollowell. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel, 6747 East Broadway Road in Mesa.
