Armando Castillo Campos was born on Sunday, December 31,1950, in Anauhac, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Reymundo Castillo Hernandez, and Gregoria Campos Aguilar. He passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 70. Armando was a man like no other; he had a huge heart and spirit, was a very charismatic man, and had a huge infectious smile. Armando will mainly be remembered for numerous things; for the undoubted loved he professed for his wife, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Armando started to work at a very young age, to help his parents provide for his younger siblings, and continued well after starting his own family. He never allowed anyone to do without. His praise for his Catholic faith and sense of responsibility were always his priorities. He made countless friends at church, work and everywhere he went. Armando worked for Coca Cola for over 30 years, as a mechanic; a job he loved and enjoyed every day of his life. He retired from the corporate world but didn’t stop there; he opened an imports shop after retirement. He loved to travel with his wife to fill the store with beautiful skilled crafts. Armando left a lasting impression with his countless hours of work, energy, his amazing sense of humor, and for always lending a hand on the spot to anyone in need. He was always very humble, a man of honor and respect. Always just, always proud, always the best son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend any one could of ever had! Armando is preceded in death by his Father, Reymundo Castillo Hernandez; Mother, Gregoria Campos Aguilar; Brother Jose Luis Castillo; and his Wife, Silvia Avalos de Castillo. He is survived by his Siblings, Raymundo Castillo, Deacon Jorge Castillo, Rogelio Castillo, Ma del Rosario Medina, Jesus Castillo, Felipe Castillo, Maricela Silva, Juan Antonio Castillo, Ramiro Castillo, and Atty. Falleció el lunes 1 de marzo de 2021 en Dallas, Texas, a la edad de 70 años. Armando era un hombre como ningún otro; tenía un gran corazón y espíritu, era un hombre muy carismático y tenía una enorme sonrisa contagiosa.
Armando será recordado principalmente por numerosas cosas; por el amor indudable que profesaba para su esposa, sus hijos, nietos y bisnietos. Armando comenzó a trabajar a una edad muy temprana, para ayudar a sus padres a mantener a sus hermanos menores, y continuó mucho después de comenzar su propia familia. Nunca permitió que nadie careciera. Su elogio por su fe Católica y su sentido de responsabilidad siempre fueron sus prioridades. El hizo innumerables amistades en la iglesia, el trabajo y dondequiera que fuera. Armando trabajó para Coca Cola durante más de 30 años, como mecánico; un trabajo que amaba y disfrutaba todos los días de su vida. Se retiró del mundo empresarial, pero no se detuvo allí; abrió una tienda de importaciones después de jubilarse. Amaba viajar con su esposa para llenar la tienda con hermosos piezas de artesanía. Armando siempre dejó una impresión duradera con sus innumerables horas de labor, su energía, su increíble sentido del humor y por siempre brindar una mano al instante a que lo necesitara, siempre servicial. Fue hombre humilde, un hombre de honor y respeto, calidad humana. ¡Siempre justo, siempre orgulloso, siempre el mejor hijo, hermano, esposo, padre, abuelo, bisabuelo y amigo que cualquiera haya tenido!
