

Arthur proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. After his service, he built a life filled with family, laughter, and memories. He was known for his love of gambling, his devotion to the Dallas Cowboys and the New England Patriots, and his ability to bring joy to those around him.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sandra Kay Tully, and survived by his children: Artie Tully, Penny Robbins, Jimmy Tully, John Dwyer, Lynn Puopolo, Tammy Schmeltz, Weldon Tully, and Michelle Spear-Weisse. Arthur’s legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren—Brandon, Andrew, Amanda, Melissa, Sheri, Kristin, Lisa, Alana, Christina, Jessica, Keith, Steven, Kathryn, Kelsey, Trevor, Chaeli, and Josalyn—and his adored great-grandchildren: Taylor, Payton, Adalyn, Asher, Shay, Maddux, Maycie, Eden, Morgan, Cam, Arlo, Modesto, Benicio, Victoria, Vivianna, Bree, Amelia, Logan, Emery, Kenzie and Baylee.
He will also be deeply missed by his sibling Ralph Tully and was preceded in death by his siblings, Dottie, Ralph, and Larry and his parents Arthur Tully and Julia Currier.
Arthur lived a long, full life and leaves behind countless treasured memories for his family and friends. His humor, strength, and unwavering love will never be forgotten.
