Byrdie transitioned to glory to receive her Starry Crown on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at the age of 91. She was born April 6, 1934 to the late Samuel and Alley Tinsley in Amherst, Virginia. She leaves to cherish 1 son, 2 daughters, 1 daughter in law, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral service will be at 10am on July 15, 2025; viewing will take place from 9am to 10am at Anderson-Clayton-Gonzalez Funeral Home, 1111 Military Parkway, Mesquite, Texas 75149.
Byrdie will be laid to rest in Roselawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1000 S Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159.
