

Clarence Bryan Kloppe Jr., age 93, passed away on July 7, 2021 in Grapevine, Tx. He was born on April 30, 1928 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Clarence and Lillian Kloppe, Sr. Clarence was raised in Dallas, Tx and attended Woodrow Wilson HS & Southern Methodist University from 1944-1948. He served in the Air Force as a Corporal for 2 years in the Korean War.
Clarence and Jeanette Kloppe were married for 68 adventurous years and they had 3 children. He was a president at Seven-Up Bottling Co. where he worked for more than 40 years. In his spare time Clarence enjoyed golf, travel, and numerous civic activities. His family will always remember him as an avid golfer.
Clarence is preceded in death by his father, Clarence Bryan Kloppe, Sr., mother, Lillian Honora Kloppe, and grandson, Steven Kyle Kloppe.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Jeanette Kloppe; sons, Clarence Bryan Kloppe III and wife Pam, Kyle Thaddeus Kloppe, Carl Edwin Kloppe; grandsons, Clarence Bryan Kloppe IV, and Carson Thaddeus Kloppe.
Other accomplishments include being a member of Kiwanis Club where he served as President of Downtown Dallas chapter eventually becoming Lieutenant Governor over the Texas Kiwanis; President of White Rock Home Owners Association; Involved in numerous Dallas civic activities; Master Mason - Tannehill No. 52 over 60 years; Member of Ben Hur Shriners; President of Dallas District Golf Association 1980; Active in Lakewood Country Club, Royal Oaks Country Club, Dallas Athletic Club, Balcones Country Club, and Austin Country Club.
