Donald Ray Ramsey

Donnie was born February 20, 1956, to Henry Ramsey and Mary Defer Ramsey in Dallas, TX.

Donnie loved to cook, grill and smoke different meats, loved to be outdoors, loved playing music and singing. He enjoyed spending time with family, loved ones and friends.

Donnie worked as a foreman of an excavating company for over 20+ years. Donnie would say he was a "jack of all trade and master at none." He loved telling the grandkids about what all he did growing up, hunting, fishing, stories about his family, and trust me, he had stories.

He is survived by his wife, Felicia Ramsey; children, Keisha Floyd, Philip Ramsey and Savannah Watson; Siblings and spouses, Bruce and Joy Ramsey, Pam Pruitt, Tammie and Zach Cruz, Jamie and Donna Ramsey, Lynn and Clay Cunningham, David and Antonette Ramsey and Gina and Houston Richardson; grandchildren, Summer Ramsey, Oceana Ramsey, Henry Ramsey, Viola Ramsey and Josh Deville; Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law George and Jennifer Evanko; beloved dog, Shelby and grand dog Cookie and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mary Ramsy; Children, Donald ray Ramsey Jr. (Scooter) and Talitha Nickell; brother Kenneth Ramsey; Sister-in-law, Cindy Ramsey; Brother-in-laws, Bruce Smith and Keith Pruitt; Uncle and aunt, Edgar and Francille Ramsey; Sister-in-laws, Debi Patel and Carla Morris.
