Jean McKinney was born October 24, 1926 in Dallas, Texas and went home to meet her Lord and Savior on November 26, 2021 in Sunnyvale, Texas at the age of 95. She is preceded in death by her loving and faithful husband of 66 years Bill McKinney and her parents Eva Payne and step-father, Lester Payne and Dewey Elam and her step-mother Emma Elam.
Jean is survived by her daughter Linda Maxwell and husband Larry, son Karl McKinney and wife Risa, 7 grandchildren Andrea Vines and husband Shane, T.J. Maxwell and wife Molly, Kandace Blowey and husband Josh, Krystal McKinney, Jonathan Stittsworth and wife Jessica, Angela Harris and husband Paul and Chase Wilkins, 4 great grandchildren Harper Maxwell, Harlow Maxwell, Addison Blowey and Jacob Blowey and numerous other family members and friends including her Church family at Pleasant Grove Christian Church.
The family takes great pride in knowing that she is now in heaven with her Lord and Savior and they know they will see her again!

A visitation for Jean will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Pleasant Grove Christian Church, 1324 Pleasant Dr., Dallas, TX 75217. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 1324 Pleasant Dr, Dallas, TX 75217. A committal service will occur Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228.
