Joel Wayne Cribb

Joel Cribb went to be with the Lord, peacefully, Wednesday, February 3, 2020 at his home in Mesquite, Texas, surrounded by his girls and loves of his life at the young age of 58. Joel passed after a heroic battle with Parkinson’s Disease and cancer.

Joel Wayne Cribb was born on October 27, 1962 in San Angelo, Texas to Joe and Carol Cribb. Joel was an accomplished manager for Action Retail and won the companies Manager of the Year award three years in a row. Joel is remembered for his ambitious drive, his will to teach others, and dedication to his family. Although, he was battling Parkinson’s Disease, he always made sure his girls were taken care of.

Joel had many hobbies and passions that included racing motocross, fishing, and golfing. We all knew on beautiful days he could be found at the golf course or at the lake.

Joel is survived by his wife, Zonia Cribb; his four daughters Lauren Cribb, Alex Cribb, Brooke Cribb, and Jolie Cribb; his 6 grandsons Mason Cribb, Samuel Ashford, Chase Rodriguez, Levi Mirabal, Jeremy Ashford, and Eli Rodriguez; his two brothers Trent Cribb and Jeff Cribb. Joel is preceded in death by his parents Joe And Carol Cribb.

Joel’s children will remember the deep love he had for his family. Joel’s true pride and joy are his four beautiful daughters, six beautiful grandsons, and the mother of his children. Joel’s family will remember him as a loving, forgiving, and dedicated husband, father, and Papa. Joel ALWAYS made sure we all new how much he loved us and we will forever cherish our time with him. Joel took a piece of our hearts with him as he went to be with the Lord and will be truly missed.
