Magdalena Alejandro Reyes, 55, passed away on July 12, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. Magdalena was born on July 25 1965 in Julesburg, Colorado to Jose and Atilana Alejandro. Magdalena was raised in Weslaco, Texas and graduated from Weslaco High School in 1983. Magdalena married Francisco Reyes in 1984, and they relocated to Dallas, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers: Delfino Alejandro, José Manuel Alejandro; and her sister: Herlinda Rodríguez.
Magdalena is survived by her loving husband; her sisters: Esperanza (♰Manuel) López, Aurora (♰Payton) Stack, Maricela Campos, and Noemí Alejandro González; her brother: Efrain (Altagracia) Alejandro; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Magdalena (Maggie) will be remembered by her family and friends for her outgoing and cheerful personality. She truly enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Magdalena was kind and considerate, and this showed through her actions. Many were used to receiving daily phone calls from her. She was always willing to lend an ear or a helping hand. Magdalena was a loving wife to Francisco, her husband of 37 years. She was also a faithful and devoted Dallas Cowboys Fan.
She will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation/Rosary for Magdalena Alejandro Reyes is scheduled for Monday, July 19, 2021 at 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Anderson-Clayton-González Funeral Home. Mass is scheduled for Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 10:00 am at St. Augustine Catholic Church with burial following mass at Grove Hill Cemetery.
