I worked the same shift as Paul, he was Lead Dispatcher and I was a K-9 Handler. Paul always enjoyed it when I would stop by Dispatch with my K-9 Partner Alano. Paul loved dogs. He will be missed, RIP my friend. Prayers and condolences to his family.
