Patricia Ann Drew

Patricia Ann Russell Drew was born March 25, 1944 to Gertrude Russell, Kansas City, KS. She gained her wings on December 6, 2021 at 11:00am at Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, Texas very peacefully on a beautiful morning.

Patricia Ann was known to almost everybody as "Granny" or Ms. Pat. Granny enjoyed waking up to a cup of coffee and listening to the word before getting her day started. Granny enjoyed playing, listening, and watching her grandkids grow up. Granny touched a lot of hearts, from being a Shriner, champion bowling leagues, Southwestern Bell to General Electric. If you needed help she was that one person that had the heart to rescue you. A heart of gold, granny raised more kids than she had, teaching us that it literally takes a village to raise a child.

Patricia Ann will join her mother and father, her daughter, Cheryl Kay Russell and grandson, De'Andre Aaron Scott. She is survived by her daughter, Rolanda I. Drew; grandchildren, Jalelisa and Da'Quon and her great-grandchildren, Jaylen, Jamela, Airi'Anna, Fab'lon, Desiree, Brooklyn, Emontee, Jamonte, DeAndre II, Daylen, Ka'Miyah and Dre'Shawn and a host of family friends.
